Hello, my name is Carlos Lee. I’m the Media Specialist at Highland View Elementary School. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Library Science K-12 and Physical Education K-12 from Concord College in Athens, West Virginia. I’ve been teaching for 25 years in the Bristol Virginia City School System, with the last four at Highland View.
